Intracranial hemorrhage can occur as one of the neurological complications following hematopoetic stem cell transplantation. Most frequently they occur early post transplantation, later they are uncommon. In this paper we presented a case of 14 year old girl, suffer for chronic myeloid leukemia, who developed seizures as a manifestation of intracranial hemorrhage, 1,5 year after stem cell transplantation.
