Leczenie systemowe przerzutow do mozgu u chorych na czerniaka

Abstract

Based on literature data we discussed systemic treatment of brain metastases in patients with melanoma. It has been shown that among cytotoxic drugs only fotemustine and temozolomide showed real but relatively low effect. Small profit yielded application trials of interleukin 2 and interferon alfa-2b, as well as adaptive therapy. The possibility of improving the outcome of melanoma patients with brain metastases was created by entering into clinical practice CTLA4 monoclonal antibodies and inhibitors of serine threonine kinases.
