  Prostate cancer, the greatest cause of mortality among men, is a prevalent disease. CSC’s role and paradigm in prostate cancer development and initiation has received a lot of attention in cancer biology since it provides insights into cancer pathophysiology and therapy responses. CSCs interact with their surroundings, altering cell fate by triggering key signaling regulators, culminating in a metastatic cascade. Chemokines and their receptors are involved in survival, proliferation, and invasion in primary and metastatic sites. According to recent data, these proteins work along with MMPs to improve tumour cell survival, proliferation, and metastasis in a multistep process.
